派丽奥与牙康治疗牙周炎疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨派丽奥与牙康治疗牙周炎的疗效。 方法 方便选取在该院治疗的牙周炎患者72例进行对比研究，收治时间均在2015年3月―2016年1月期间，经数字随机分组为A、B两组，A组患者接受派丽奥治疗，B组给予患者牙康治疗，比较两组牙周炎患者的表菌斑指数、牙龈指数、探诊深度以及牙龈附着菌变化情况，分析两组患者的临床疗效。 结果 治疗后，A组患者的PLI、GI、PD水平分别为（0.62±0.08）、（0.75±0.21）、（3.71±0.65）mm均明显较治疗前下降，且下降幅度较B组明显（P0.05）；A组患者的螺旋体水平为（7.01±1.24），球菌水平为（55.96±8.74）mm，杆菌水平为（25.36±9.87）与治疗前比较均明显改善，且改善幅明显大于B组（P0.05）；除此之外，A组患者的临床总好转概率为94.44%，与B组（72.22%）比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 派丽奥治疗牙周炎的疗效显著，可对PLI水平、GI水平及PD水平进行有效改善。 　　[关键词] 派丽奥；牙康；牙周炎 　　[中图分类号] R781.42 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）02（b）-0133-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the curative effect of periocline and yakang in treatment of periodontal inflammation. Methods Convenient selection 72 cases of patients with periodontal inflammation treated in our hospital from March 2015 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups， the group A were treated with periocline， while the group B were treated with yakang， and the dental plaque？index， gum index， probing depth of the two groups were compared， and the clinical curative effect of the two groups was analyzed. Results After treatment， the PLI，GI，PD levels in the group A obviously decreased compared with those before treatment， which were respectively（0.62±0.08），（0.75±0.21），（3.71±0.65）mm， and the decrease range was more obvious than that in the group B（P0.05）， and the treponemata level， sphaerita level and bacilli level in the group A were respectively（7.01±1.24），（55.96±8.74）and（25.36±9.87）， and the improvement range was obviously higher than that in the group B， besides， the difference in the total clinical improvement rate between the group A and the group B had statistical significance（94.44% vs 72.22%），（P0.05）.
