治疗时机及年龄对高压氧治疗脑外伤合并认知障碍影响 　　【摘要】 目的：观察治疗时机及年龄对高压氧治疗脑外伤并认知障碍患者的影响。方法：选取2012年12月-2014年12月笔者所在医院神经外科住院的脑外伤并认知障碍患者102例进行高压氧治疗，按照不同治疗时间分为两组，观察治疗时机的影响；另选取同期间该病患者180例，按不同年龄段分为三组，进行高压氧治疗，观察治疗效果的差异。结果：在1 d内进行高压氧治疗的51例脑外伤患者，治疗总有效率为96.1%，在1～15 d行高压氧治疗的51例脑外伤患者，治疗总有效率为78.4%，比较差异有统计学意义（字2=5.16，P0.05）；不同年龄段高压氧治疗效果比较，差异有统计学意义（F=4.01，P0.05）；三组间两两比较，各组间差异有统计学意义（P0.05），以11岁年龄段患者治疗效果最佳。结论：高压氧治疗脑外伤合并认知障碍患者要尽早治疗，且随年龄增长，治疗效果差，预后不良。 　　【关键词】 高压氧； 脑外伤； 认知障碍； 影响 　　中图分类号 R459.6 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）11-0019-02 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the influence of age and treatment time for hyperbaric oxygen treatment of brain injury and cognitive impairment.Method：From December 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital’s trauma and neurosurgical，102 cases of brain injury and cognitive impairment were treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy，according to different treatment time they were divided into two groups，the effects of treatment time were observed，180 patients were selected during the same period with the same disease，according to different age they were divided into three groups，they were given hyperbaric oxygen therapy， the therapeutic effects of the differences were observed.Result：The total effective rate was 96.1% for 51 cases with traumatic brain injury which treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy in 1 day，the total effective rate was 78.4% for 51 cases with traumatic brain injury which treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy in 1 day to 15 days，the difference was statistically significant（字2=5.16，P0.05）. The effects of hyperbaric oxygen therapy for different ages were statistically significant（F=4.01，P0.05），pairwise comparison among the three groups，the differences between any two groups had statistically significant（P0.05），in the treatment of patients 11 years of age was the best.Conclusion：Hyperbaric oxygen treatment for brain trauma associated with cognitive impairment should be treated as early as possible，the treatment effect is worse increased with the age，the prognosis is
