流产关爱改善青少年人工流产者术后不良反应效果研究 　　[摘要]目的 研究流产关爱改善青少年人工流产者术后不良反应的效果。方法 选取2016年6～12月在我院门诊进行诊疗的青少年人工流产者184例，将所有患者随机分为实验组和对照组，每组92例，对照组实施常规护理，实验组在常规护理的基础上实施流产关爱，比较两组患者的焦虑情绪、术中疼痛程度及人工流产综合征发生率。结果 实验组的焦虑评分为（47.6±2.5）分，明显低于对照组为（54.8±3.4）分，疼痛评分为（4.1±1.2）分，明显低于对照组的（6.2±2.3）分，术后人工流产综合征发生率为（9.8%）低于对照组（22.8%），上述指标差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。结论 流产关爱应用于青少年人工流产者，能够降低患者的焦虑程度及疼痛程度，降低术后人工流产综合征发生率。 　　[关键词]流产关爱；青少年；人工流产；焦虑程度；疼痛程度；术后人工流产综合征 　　[中图分类号] R-473 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）11（a）-0182-03 　　Study on the effect of abortion care to improve the adverse reaction induced abortion after the operation 　　CHEN Jin 　　Department of Outpatient，Maternal and Child Health Child Hospital in Jiangxi Province，Nanchang 330006，China 　　[Abstract]Objective Tostudy the abortion care improvement of adverse reaction induced abortion postoperative effect.
