泡沫硬化疗法对下肢静脉曲张患者术后疼痛及并发症影响 　　【摘要】 目的：观察泡沫硬化疗法对下肢静脉曲张患者术后疼痛及并发症的影响。方法：选取2015年4月-2017年4月在本院治疗的106例下肢静脉曲张患者作为研究对象，采用随机数表法将其分为观察组与对照组，每组各53例。对照组给予大隐静脉高位结扎剥脱术和点状抽剥术治疗，观察组则于数字减影血管造影引导下实施泡沫硬化疗法和大隐静脉高位结扎术治疗，观察两组术后疼痛与并发症发生情况。结果：观察组术后采用药物止痛占比及局部压痛发生率均低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组术后相关并发症发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：泡沫硬化疗法可有效缓解下肢静脉曲张患者术后疼痛，降低相关并发症发生率，为患者术后快速康复提供有力保障。 　　【关键词】 泡沫硬化疗法； 下肢静脉曲张； 术后疼痛； 并发症 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the effect of foam sclerotherapy on postoperative pains and complications in patients with varicose veins of lower extremity.Method：106 patients with varicose veins of lower extremity treated in our hospital from April 2015 and April 2017 were selected as objects，they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，53 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with high ligation and stripping of great varicose vein and punctate stripping；the observation group was treated with foam sclerotherapy and high ligation of great varicose vein under the guidance of digital subtraction angiography.Postoperative pains and complications in the two groups were observed.Result：The percentage of patients taking medications for pain killing after the surgery was lower than that of the observation group，and the incidence of local tenderness was also lower than that of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）；the incidence of associated complications after surgery in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Foam sclerotherapy can effectively relieve postoperative pain in patients with varicose veins，reduce the risk of related complications，and provide effective protection for patients with rapid postoperative rehabilitation. 　　【Key words】 Foam sclerotherapy； Varicose veins of lower extremity； Postoperative pains；Complications 　　First-author’s address：Pingxiang People’s Hospital，Pingxiang 337000，Chin
