流产后避孕咨询与教育对人工流产后妇女避孕行为影响评价 　　[摘要]目的 探讨在人工流产术后患者服务中加入避孕咨询与教育服务的应用效果，讨论其临床应用价值。方法 选取2016年3月～2017年2月我院收治的500例人工流?a患者作为研究对象，按照患者就诊序号的单双号将其分为对照组和实验组，每组各250例。对照组患者采用常规诊疗方式，实验组患者在常规诊疗的基础上加入避孕咨询与教育服务。治疗完成后比较两组患者的重复流产率及焦虑（SAS）与抑郁（SDS）评分。结果 实验组的重复流产率为0.80%，明显低于对照组的8.40%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。实验组诊疗后的SDS与SAS评分均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对人工流产术后患者避孕咨询与教育服务有助于提升患者的心理素质，安抚患者的不良情绪，提高服务满意度，同时能提高患者的避孕意识，降低重复流产率，能够在临床上发挥重要意义，值得在临床上推广应用。 　　[关键词]避孕咨询与教育服务；人工流产；应用意义 　　[中图分类号] R169.42 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）2（b）-0056-03 　　Impact assessment of contraceptive counseling and education after abortion on women′s contraceptive behavior 　　DENG Yu-ao LI Xiu-yun 　　Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology，Shenzhen People′s Hospital in Guangdong Province，Shenzhen 518020，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the application effect of contraceptive counseling and education service adding in the service of patients after abortion，and to discuss the clinical application value.Methods From March 2016 to February 2017，500 abortion patients treated in our hospital were enrolled as research object.According to the odd/even number，they were evenly divided into the control group and the experimental group，250 cases in each group.In the control group，conventional therapy was used，while in the experimental group，contraceptive counseling and education on the basis of the conventional treatment was added.The repeated abortion rate after therapy scores of self-rating depression scale SDS and self-rating anxiety scale was compared.Results In the experimental group，the rate of repeated abortion was 0.80%，which was significantly lower than 8.40% in the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.The and SAS in the experimental group were much lower than those in the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion Contraceptive counseling and education for patients after abortion is helpful to improve the psychological quality，appease the negative emotions
