X 公司信息管理平台的分析与设计 摘 要 二十一世纪以来，随着传统配送、仓储业向现代物流业的不断转化，物流 信息化越来越引起人们的关注。物流企业引进先进的信息技术，不仅能提高工 作效率，降低物流成本，更重要的是能从根本上改变物流企业的战略发展，在 经营和管理方式上都上一个台阶。X 公司作为一个现代化第三方金属物流企业， 目前与市场客户之间的业务往来主要依靠手工单据，业务系统相对还比较封闭， 信息化水平仍较低，这对 X 公司的未来发展是极其不利的。同其他企业一样，X 公司要想提高其信息化水平，为社会提供更加高效准确的服务，离不开信息管 理系统的支持。因此，本文对 X 公司信息管理平台进行分析与设计，具有一定 的实际应用意义。 本文主要工作就是围绕X公司信息管理平台，基于X公司现状及信息管理的 相关理论对该平台进行了详细的需求分析与设计。本文首先通过分析X公司现 状，提出了系统的建设目标；接着对该系统所需实现功能、性能和技术等进行 了详细的分析，提出需要突出建设的八大系统；在系统设计时，主要对物流信 息系统中的仓储管理系统进 行了详细的数据库设计以及 流程和架构方面的设 计；最后对系统的安全性进行了详细的设计并给出了详细的系统测试方案，保 证系统能够正常运行。 关键词：金属物流 物流信息化 信息管理平台 仓储管理系统 The Analysis and Design of X Company’s Information Management Platform Abstract Since the twenty-first century, with the transformation from traditional distribution and warehousing industry to the modern logistics, logistics informatization has drawn increasing attention. That logistics enterprises introduce advanced information technology not only can improve efficiency and reduce logistics costs, more importantly, but it also can fundamentally change the strategic development of logistics, and can lift operations and management up to a higher level. As a modern third-party metal logistics enterprise, X Company contracts with the customer and the market mainly relying on manual documentation. Its business systems are still relatively closed and the information level is still low. All of above are extremely detrimental to the future development of X Company. Like other enterprises, in order to increase their level of information and to provide a more efficient and accurate service, X Company cannot lost the support of information management systems. Therefore, this paper has some practical significance by analyzing and designing the platform of information management system of X Company.
