Abstract
The trend of better education and globalization of economy makes market competition becomes fiercer and fiercer, which inquires enterprises have to pay high attention to developing new products. Under the internal and external situations,how to build reasonable organization, formulate scientific development and position of new products , operate strategy and use different resources effectively are the core
conditions of enterprises which can make new products successful.
On the basis of systematically describing the background and meanings of selected topic , this paper has some achievements from two aspects which are
relevant concepts and developments of new conducts. Then we analyze the developing current situation of X company new products from five aspects which are
developing management and organization , new developed projects , developing
performances,developing investments and developing human resources. According to the analysis about developing the new product household vacuum cleaner from X
company , we analyze the external situation , and apply Five Forces model to
analyze existing competitors, potential entrants, replaced products, the capacity of buyers bargaining and the real condition of capacity of suppliers bargaining.
According to the standards of geography, consumers and products, we analyze the
concrete situation about household vacuum cleaner market. Then we analyze the market positions of X company existing products. At last, starting from developing strategy, enterprise culture, organized factors, management system , market factors , founding and intellectual property, we analyze the reasonable strategy about developing new product of household vacuum cleaner , which can help X
company and even other similar Chinese companies to carry out supplying support of scientific development of new products about developing new product.
