沙丁胺醇雾化吸入在哮喘急性发作中应用 　　【摘要】 目的：观察沙丁胺醇雾化吸入应用于哮喘急性发作的临床价值。方法：2012年10月-2014年4月笔者所在医院确诊并收治的164例支气管哮喘患者按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组，每组82例。全部患者给予低流量吸氧、止咳化痰、抗感染、营养支持等基础治疗。对照组在基础治疗的同时接受溴化异丙托品雾化吸入治疗。研究组将溴化异丙托品500 μg及沙丁胺醇2.5 mg+2.5 ml生理盐水中实施雾化吸入。两组均治疗10 d。治疗结束后对比两组疗效、治疗前后哮喘症状评分、治疗前后肺功能指标。结果：研究组的总有效率为93.90%，对照组总有效率为80.49%，研究组总有效率显著优于对照组（P0.05），治疗后均比治疗前显著改善（P0.05），治疗后以上指标较治疗前大幅度好转（P0.05），研究组这些指标好转幅度显著大于对照组（P0.05）。结论：沙丁胺醇雾化吸入应用于哮喘急性发作可显著提升疗效，极大改善患者症状，促进肺功能恢复。 　　【关键词】 沙丁胺醇； 支气管哮喘； 肺功能 　　中图分类号 R562.2 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）6-0008-03 　　The Application of Aerosol Inhalation of Salbutamol in Acute Attack of Asthma/YANG Yun，ZHOU Yuan.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2016，14（6）：8-10 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the clinical effect of aerosol inhalation of Salbutamol in the acute attack of asthma.Method：164 patients with bronchial asthma diagnosed and treated in our hospital from October 2012 to April 2014 were divided into the research group and control one according to the random number table，with 82 cases in each group.All patients received the basic treatments of low-flow oxygen inhalation，cough-relieving and sputum-reducing，anti-injection and nutritional support.In addition to the basic treatments，patients in the control group received the aerosol inhalation of Ipratropium Bromide.Patients in the research group received the aerosol inhalation of 500μg Ipratropium Bromide and 2.5 mg Salbutamol in 2.5 ml Normal Saline.The duration of treatment for both groups was all 10 d.The curative effect after the treatment，asthma score before and after the treatment and pulmonary function indicator before and after the treatment were compared between two groups.Result：The overall response rate of the research group was 93.90%，which was significantly better than 80.49% of the control group（P0.05），but they were significantly improved after the treatment（P0.05），but these above indicators were significantly improved after the treatment（P 　　【Key words】 Salbutamol； Bronchial asthma； Pulmonar
