泮托拉唑联合枫蓼肠胃康胶囊对乙醇损伤人胃黏膜上皮GES―1细胞保护作用 　　【摘要】 目的：观察泮托拉唑联合枫蓼肠胃康胶囊对乙醇损伤的人胃黏膜上皮GES-1细胞的保护作用。方法：用不同浓度的乙醇孵育体外培养的人胃黏膜上皮GES-1细胞，于不同的时间段中观察以建立稳定的胃黏膜损伤模型，将泮托拉唑、枫蓼肠胃康胶囊分别配制成不同浓度，MTT法观察两药单独及联用对GES-1细胞的干预。结果：人胃黏膜上皮GES-1细胞在7%的乙醇中孵育3 h细胞抑制率达到40%，是最佳的胃黏膜损伤细胞模型。对GES-1细胞的保护，各浓度泮托拉唑和枫蓼肠胃康胶囊均有一定作用，最佳浓度分别为60 μg/mL和200 μg/mL，两药联用后能够减少药物剂量，且可以提高对胃黏膜的保护作用。结论：泮托拉唑与枫蓼肠胃康胶囊联用后可以提高用药安全，减少用药剂量，在低剂量下即可保护损伤的人胃黏膜上皮GES-1细胞，临床上值得推广。 　　【关键词】 泮托拉唑； 枫蓼肠胃康胶囊； 人胃黏膜上皮GES-1细胞； 保护 　　Protection of Pantoprazole with Fengliao Changweikang Capsule on Ethanol Damage Human Gastric Epithelial GES-1 Cells Injured by Ethanol/ZHONG Jie-xia.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（08）：004-006 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To Observe the protective effect of pantoprazole capsules with fengliao changweikang on human gastric epithelial GES-1 cells injured ethanol. Method： Human gastric epithelial GES-1 cells were cultured in vitro，incubated with different concentrations of ethanol，and observed at different time periods in order to establish a stable gastric mucosal injury model. Pantoprazole and fengliao changweikang capsules were formulated into different concentrations， MTT were used to observe the GES-1 cells intervention by two drugs alone and in combination.Result：Incubated at 7% ethanol for 3 h， human gastric epithelial GES-1 cells inhibition rate reached 40%， and this was the best model of injured gastric mucosal cell.Each concentration of pantoprazole and fengliao changweikang capsules had a protective effect on the GES-1 cells， the optimum concentration of both drugs were 60 μg/mL and 200 μg/mL， in combination with two drugs could reduce the dose and enhance the protective effect of the gastric mucosa.
