盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨盐酸氨溴索注射液在小儿支气管肺炎中的临床应用价值。 方法 选取本院儿科于2014年1月～2015年1月收治的96例支气管肺炎患儿，对其进行回顾性分析，依据治疗方法不同分为研究组和对照组，每组48例。比较两组患儿的临床疗效，咳嗽、咳痰、气促、肺部湿??音消失的时间，及并发症发生情况。 结果 治疗后研究组患儿的临床总有效率为95.8%，明显高于对照组的83.3%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组咳嗽、咳痰、气促及肺部湿??音消失时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组的并发症发生率为2.08%，显著低于对照组的8.33%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=15.653，P0.05）。 结论 盐酸氨溴索注射液可明显改善患儿的临床症状，缩短相关症状消失的时间，治疗效果显著，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 小儿支气管肺炎；盐酸氨溴索；疗效 　　[中图分类号] R725.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）07（c）-0084-03 　　Clinical analysis of ambroxol hydrochloride injection in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia 　　GAO Qin-feng 　　Department of Pharmacy，Yinan Branch，Qilu Hospital of Shandong University，Linyi 276300，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical value of ambroxol hydrochloride injection in children with bronchial pneumonia.
