小儿重症肺炎支原体肺炎临床表现与护理干预措施研究 　　【摘要】 目的：研究分析小儿重症肺炎支原体肺炎的临床表现与护理干预措施。方法：选取2014年10月-2016年10月本院接收的重症肺炎支原体肺炎患儿125例作为研究对象，分析患儿的临床表现，按照随机数字表法将125例患儿分成两组，对照组（n=62）和干预组（n=63）。对照组采取常规护理，干预组在常规护理基础上，予以针对性护理干预，对比两组患儿各症状明显改善时间、并发症发生率及住院时间。结果：小儿重症肺炎支原体肺炎临床表现以高热和咳嗽为主，常并胸痛，经肺部听诊部分可见湿??音、呼吸急促等。干预组患儿的高热、咳嗽、呼吸急促改善时间以及住院时间均短于对照组，并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：小儿重症肺炎支原体肺炎临床表现多样，在临床治疗中加强护理干预，有利于各症状表现尽快好转，预防和降低并发症的发生。 　　【关键词】 护理； 小儿重症肺炎； 支原体肺炎； 临床表现 　　Clinical Manifestations and Nursing Intervention of Severe Mycoplasma Pneumonia in Children/LI Yan-fang.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（12）：094-096 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the clinical manifestations and nursing intervention of severe mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Method：125 severe mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children from October 2014 to October 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research objects，analysis of clinical manifestations in children，according to the random number table method，125 cases were divided into two groups，the control group（n=62） and intervention group （n=63）.The control group was given routine nursing care，the intervention group on the basis of conventional care was given targeted nursing intervention，the symptoms improved time，complication rate and hospitalization time of two groups were compared.Result：The clinical manifestations of severe mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children with high fever and cough，often associated with chest pain，the lungs can be seen in the auscultation of the rales， shortness of breath and so on.The fever，cough，shortness of breath improved time and hospital stay of intervention group were shorter than those in control group，the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical manifestations of children with severe mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia are various，and the nursing intervention in the clinical treatment is conducive to the improvement of
