康复护理在全髋关节置换术后应用效果 　　[摘要]目的 探讨康复护理在全髋关节置换术后的应用效果。方法 选择2014年2月～2016年12月在我院进行骨科全髋关节置管术后患者92例作为研究对象，采用摸球法分为实验组及对照组，每组46例，实验组进行康复护理，对照组仅给予常规护理，比较两组患者干预前后的Barthel指数、髋关节Harris评分、术后并发症及SDS、SAS评分。结果 两组患者干预前的Barthel、Harris评分差异无统计学意义（P0.05），干预后第2周、第4周、第12周实验组评分分别高于对照组，且差异有统计学意义，P0.05），干预后实验组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 康复护理有利于骨科全髋关节置管术后患者功能恢复，且改善心理状态，减少并发症。 　　[关键词]髋关节；置换术；康复护理；效果评价 　　[中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）1（a）-0195-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation nursing in total hip replacement.Methods 92 patients with total hip arthroplasty in department of orthopedics from February 2014 to December 2016 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into experimental group and control group by touch ball method，46 cases in each group.The experimental group was used rehabilitation nursing，while the control group was only used routine nursing care.The Barthel index，hip joint Harris score，postoperative complications and SDS and SAS scores were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results There was no significant difference in before intervention Barthel and Harris scores between the two groups （P0.05）.Second weeks，fourth weeks and twelfth weeks after the intervention，the scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05），After the intervention， the experimental group was better than the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing is beneficial to the functional recovery of patients after total hip arthroplasty in department of orthopedics， and which can improve the psychological state and reduce complications. 　　[Key words]Hip joint；Replacement；Rehabilitation nursing；Effect assessment 　　随着社会老龄化的加快，老年人口逐渐增多，老年骨质疏松骨强度下降，加之股骨颈上区滋养血管孔密布，即使遇到较小的外来暴力，老年人也易发生股骨颈骨折。同时，交通工具的广泛运用、生活节奏的加快，车祸、高处跌落事件也越来越多，也易引起股骨颈骨折和髋关节病变。目前，全髋关节置换手术是股骨颈骨折和髋关节病变目前治疗的主要方法。全髋关节置换术是
