Teachers working condition is the key to teaching achievements , so many experts and scholars at home and abroad will impact on the social environment of teacher burnout as a research focus. Yubei Vocational Education Center is a state-level key secondary vocational schools , for many years the economic development of Chongqing transport a large number of highly qualified and skilled workers . In recent years , the school teacher burnout situation prevalent , affecting the overall level of teachers . In order to investigate this issue research paper on the basis of burnout and related management incentive theory, through a questionnaire survey and interviews in the form of the current status of burnout Yubei Vocational Education C
