重庆大学硕士学位论文中文摘要 重庆大学硕士学位论文 中文摘要 I I 摘 要 文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法，以重 庆市主城九区的部分老年体育锻炼者为研究对象，从老年人群体特征、健身意识 和健身行为等情况入手，对重庆市主城区老年人健身现状进行调查与分析，并根 据制约老年人健身的主要瓶颈，提出相应的发展对策。以期为重庆相关主管部门 的体育管理工作提供借鉴，为 “健康重庆”目标的实现提供理论参考，并为老年人科 学健身提出有益的建议。 研究结果显示：(1)重庆市主城区参加体育锻炼的老年人呈低龄化特点，活动形 式具有趋群性特征，主要是和朋友一起活动或参加自发锻炼小组，组织化管理程 度不高。(2)老年人参加体育锻炼的意识较强，态度积极，但体育消费意识有待加 强，消费水平和层次较低，以实物型消费为主。(3)大多数老年锻炼者能够进行长 期有规律的锻炼，但健身方法、手段的科学性有待提高；老年人参加体育锻炼的 目的既具有增进健康、祛病延年的一致性，又呈现出不同动机的多样性。(4)老年 人锻炼时段以晨晚练为主，具有长时间、高频次特点；老年锻炼者偏好选择公园、 广场或小区附近等开放性的公共活动场所。(5)老年人锻炼内容的选择以操作简便、 低强度、低成本的项目为主，以走、跑类为首选，其次是选择太极、养生类等传 统项目，健身操、舞蹈类也颇受老年人青睐，参与球类项目活动的老年人数有待 增加。(6)老年人参加体育锻炼的方法主要来自于个人兴趣、无组织的他人传授及 学校体育的影响；场地设施少、锻炼无正规组织且缺乏必要的健身指导等是影响 老年人参加体育锻炼的主要因素。 有鉴于此，本文从以下几个方面提出相应发展对策：(1) 加强政府管理，把健 康老龄化纳入健康重庆发展规划，提高老年健身的组织化程度；(2)加大宣传，增 强老年人科学健身意识，引导老年人体育消费行为，加强老年体育指导和规范工 作；(3)加强老年健身的科学指导，加大体育指导员队伍建设，加强指导员培训机 制；(4)改善社区健身设施，加大适合老年人活动特点的体育场地设施建设和管理， 为老年健身营造良好环境，挖掘更多的适合老年人锻炼的的综合性体育健身项目； (5)建立健全政策保障机制，保证健康老龄化措施的顺利实施，加大经费的投入和 筹集，为老年健身活动提供资金保障，老年体育锻炼和医务保健相结合，提高老 年人生命质量。 关键词：重庆主城区，老年人，体育锻炼，现状 重庆大学硕士学位论文英文摘要 重庆大学硕士学位论文 英文摘要 II II ABSTRACT Hypothesis uses the documentary data, questionnaire, interview, statistics and other research methods, takes part of the aged participating in physical activity as the object of study in Chongqing main city including nine area, starts from group characteristics of the aged, health awareness ,fitness behaviors and so on, investigates and analyses fitness situation about the aged in Chongqing main city, identifies the main problems and proposes corresponding measures to provide model for Chongqing sports management, provide theoretical reference for the “healthy Chongqing” and put forward the beneficial proposal for the aged s scientific fitness.
