延续性护理对提高中老年糖尿病患者低血糖知识效果 　　[摘要]目的 研究延续性护理对提高中老年糖尿病患者对低血糖知识的了解效果以及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2014年2月～2016年2月在我院确诊为糖尿病的中老年患者40例作为研究对象，患者出院后实施延续性护理措施，半年后比较护理干预前后患者对低血糖知识的了解程度以及生活质量。结果 延续性护理后，患者对低血糖病因、症状表现和应对措施的知识的了解程度显著优于护理前，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；延续性护理后，患者生活质量的各个指标显著优于护理前，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对中老年人糖尿病患者实施延续性护理可以提高老年人对低血糖知识的掌握程度，改善患者的生活习惯相应提高，提高了生活质量，值得应用于临床推广。 　　[关键词]延续性护理；中老年；糖尿病患者；低血糖 　　[中图分类号] R473.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）3（a）-0194-03 　　Continuous nursing to improve knowledge of hypoglycemia in diabetes patients in middle-aged and elderly patients 　　QU Jin-qi 　　Department of Geriatrics，Dalian Friendship Hospital，Liaoning Province，Dalian 116100，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To study the effect of continuous nursing on improving the knowledge of hypoglycemia in middle-aged and elderly patients with diabetes and the quality of life.Methods Forty middle-aged and elderly patients with diabetes diagnosed in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were selected as the study subjects. continuous nursing measures were implemented after discharge. the knowledge of hypoglycemia and quality of life of patients before and after nursing intervention were compared six months later.Results After continuous nursing， the patients understanding of the etiology， symptoms and response measures of hypoglycemia was significantly better than that before nursing，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.
