布地奈德福莫特罗吸入剂对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者生活质量影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨布地奈德/福莫特罗吸入剂对老年COPD稳定期患者生活质量的影响。 方法 将2010年1月―2011年1月间来该院接受治疗的150例老年COPD稳定期患者随机分为观察组（75例）和对照组（75例），对照组给予常规治疗，同时进行疾病知识教育。观察组在对照组的基础上，给予布地奈德/福莫特罗粉吸入剂，两个季度后进行疗效评价。结果 治疗前，两组SGRQ评分、肺功能比较，差异无统计学意义（均P0.05）。治疗后，对照组上述指标无明显变化，观察组SGRQ评分各指标均下降，肺功能各指标均增大（P0.05或P0.01）。 结论 布地奈德/福莫特罗吸入剂应用于老年COPD患者，可改善肺功能，提高生活质量，降低不良反应，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 布地奈德/福莫特罗； COPD稳定期；生活质量 　　[中图分类号] R563.9 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）03（a）-0090-03 　　Effect of Budesonide / Formoterol Inhalation on Quality of Life of Elderly Patients with Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease 　　HE Xiujuan1 HUANG Qingyuan2 　　1.Department of internal medicine， armed police Qinghai Corps Hospital，Qinghai 810000，China；2.Hospital of Third Military Medical University pathophysiology，Qinghai 810000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effects of budesonide formoterol inhalation on quality of life of elderly patients with COPD in stable phase. Methods Andomly divided 150 cases of senile patients with COPD in stable period will be 01 months in 2010 2011 01 months in our hospital treated as observation group （75 cases） and control group （75 cases） and the control group was given routine treatment， at the same time disease knowledge education. The observation group in the control group， treated with budesonide / formoterol fumarate powder for inhalation， the therapeutic effects were evaluated after two quarters. Results Before treatment， compared two groups of SGRQ score， lung function， there was no significant difference （P 0.05）. After treatment， the control group showed no significant change was observed in the group of SGRQ score of each index all decreased pulmonary function indexes were increased （P0.05 or P0.01）.
