异基因造血干细胞移植并发急性GVHD特点分析 　　[摘要] 目的 该研究对异基因造血干细胞移植并发急性GVHD的患者的临床特点进行分析，为临床治疗提供参考。方法 整群选取该院2012年1月―2014年12月诊治的行异基因造血干细胞移植并发急性GVHD的患者20例进行研究，分析其HLA抗体的阳性率、移植后粒系和巨核系重建的时间、感染的发生率。以同期为发生急性GVHD的患者20例为对照组。结果 发生急性GVHD的患者其HLA抗体的阳性率明显高于未发生急性GVHD的患者（P0.05）。结论 异基因造血干细胞移植并发急性GVHD的患者其感染率明显增高，HLA抗体阳性率明显增高。 　　[关键词] HLA抗体阳性；急性GVHD；感染 　　[中图分类号] R473.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）10（b）-0062-02 　　Analysis of the Characteristics of Allogeneic Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation Complicated by Acute GVHD 　　SHANG Jing-jing 　　Department of Hematology， The First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University， Suzhou， Jiangsu Province， 215000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the characteristics of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation complicated by acute GVHD so as to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods A study was conducted on 20 cases with allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation complicated by acute GVHD diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014. The positive rate of HLA antibody， megacaryocyte reconstitution time and granulocyte reconstitution time and incidence of infections after the transplantation of the patients were analyzed. And other 20 cases underwent allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation during the same period without acute GVHD were selected as the control group. Results Compared with the control group， patients undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation complicated by acute GVHD showed higher HLA antibody positive rate（P0.05）.
