应用于颌面骨折术后护理工作中作用 　　[摘要] 目的 探析颌面骨折术后护理工作中应用个体化口腔护理方法的临床效果。方法 方便选取该院2014年1月―2017年5月期间接受手术治疗的66例颌面骨折患者进行分组研究，根据随机原则分为两组，即参照组（n=33）、研究组（n=33）。参照组患者应用常规口腔护理，研究组患者应用个体化口腔护理，对两组患者的护理效果、疼痛程度、并发症发生率进行统计比较。 结果 研究组患者护理总有效率为93.94%，疼痛评分为（2.23±1.05）分，并发症发生率为9.09%，均明显优于参照组患者的75.76%、（3.92±1.12）分、30.30%，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 颌面骨折术后护理工作中应用个体化口腔护理的效果更好，可显著改善患者的口腔环境，减轻患者疼痛，减少患者并发症的发生，是一种值得临床应用与推广的护理方式。 　　[关键词] 颌面骨折；术后护理；个体化口腔护理；护理效果 　　[中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）09（c）-0164-03 　　Research on Effect of Individual Oral Nursing Method in the Nursing Work after the Maxillofacial Fracture Surgery 　　JIANG Shuang-feng， HUANG Qiu-feng， HONG Mei-na， ZHANG Li-ting 　　Department of Surgery， Quanzhou Bonesetting Hospital， Quanzhou， Fujian Province， 326000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of individual oral nursing method in the nursing work after the maxillofacial fracture surgery. Methods 66 cases of patients with maxillofacial fracture treated with operation in our hospital from January 2014 to May 2017 were conveniently selected and divided into two groups with 33 cases in each， the control group adopted the routine nursing， while the research group adopted the individual oral nursing， and the nursing effect， pains degree and incidence rate of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total nursing effective rate， pain score and incidence rate of complications in the research group were obviously better than those in the control group[93.94%，（2.23±1.05）points， 9.09% vs 75.76%，（3.92±1.12）points，30.30%]， and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.
