I I 摘 要 摘 要 新移民作为我国城市建设的重要力量，他们的社会融合背负着新城市化运动的使 命，对于破解我国城乡二元结构的难题具有重要意义。城市新移民的社会融合符合现代 化、城市化的时代需求，符合和谐社会建设的现实需求，有利于改善其自身的生存与发 展。本研究借鉴国内外研究成果，探索“结构—功能”二维社会融合理论模型的建构， 同时，采取定性研究方法，以 S 市新移民为研究对象，通过访谈法收集实证资料进行分 析探讨。 结合 S 市新移民社会融合在个体能力结构、关系网络结构与制度文化等结构性维度 和在经济（物质保障）、政治（权益诉求）、社会（情感认同）等功能性维度双重交互的 九个方面表现状况，本研究揭示出城市新移民的九个方面的社会融合问题，即：个体性 受限、依赖式发展、制度边缘化、破坏性抗争、缺失的关系、制度的对接、漂泊的归属、 内卷化交往、固化的认同等。这些问题的产生源于以人力资本为主的个体能力性因素、 以社会资本为主的关系网络性因素以及以社会生态为主的制度文化性因素三者之间的 交互影响。为此，只有增强个体能力，提升人力资本，拓展关系网络，增殖社会资本， 革新制度文化，优化社会生态，才能解决城市新移民面临的社会融合问题，从而使得这 些新移民更好的融入城市社会。 关键词 城市新移民 社会融合问题 个体能力 关系网络 制度文化 II II Abstract Abstract In recent years, the immigrant phenomenon is globally played attention to, and the phenomenon of new immigrants also is played due attention in cities of our country. As a force in building cities in our county, new immigrants integrate the urban society to bear the mission of the new urbanization movement, which is significant for resolving the trouble of the urban-rural dual structure in our country. The social integration of new immigrants in cities will meet the temporal need of the modernization and the urbanization, and meet the actual needs of the harmonious society construction, and improve their own survival and development. By referring the study outcomes at home and abroad, the research had built a dual dimension ‘structure-function’ social integration theoretical mode, and used the qualitative research method to analyze the empirical datum about the study object new immigrants in City S by the interview way. With the social integration of new immigrants in City S on the expression for the structure dimension of individual capability, social network, institution and culture, and the function dimension of the economic (the material security), the political ( the right and interest demand), the social (the emotional identification), between which there was nine aspects, the research revealed nine problems.
