参附注射液辅助化疗增效减毒的临床研究 参附注射液辅助化疗增效减毒的临床研究 PAGE PAGE 2 ABSTRACT Objective: To observe the curative effect and side effects and quantity of the life(QOL) of advanced cancer treated by Combined Shenfu Injection and chemotherapy, and evaluate the feasibility of this treatment. Methods：Sixty-eight Advanced cancer patients were randomly divided into the treated group（n=34, treated with Combined Shenfu Injection and chemotherapy）and the control group（n=34, treated with simple chemotherapy）.The one treatment course was 15 days，and the effects were evaluated after two treatment courses. Results:①Side effects:The WBC、HGB、PLT and BUN all had a prominent decline in two treated group and control group after chemotherapy (P0.05),and the difference between the two groups were also significant(P0.05).The ALT was increased significantly in control group(P0.05) ， but there were no statistical differences in treated group before and after chemotherapy（P0.05）.②The Progress of disease: The Progress of disease in treated group before and after chemotherapy was decreased compared with control group.③Immune function: IL-2 was dcreased significantly in control group after chemotherapy (P0.05),while there was no statistical difference in treated group before and after chemotherapy.④The improvement of the living quality: The living quality in treated group were improved significantly compared with control group according to EORTC QLQ-C30 and Karnof Sky eveluation.⑤The tumor marker：The TPS was decreased significantly in treated group before and after chemotherapy (P0.05),meanwhile ,there was a statistical difference in control group(P0.05),however, the difference between the two groups is also prominent(P0.05).The change of CEA has no statistical difference in control group(P0.05）,but CEA in treated group has a Prominent decline before and after chemotherapy (P0.05 Conclusions:Shenfu Injection could improve the anti-disease ability，strengthen the sensit
