康复护理干预对腰椎间盘突出症患者影响探究 　　[摘要]目的 探究康复护理干预对腰椎间盘突出症患者的影响。方法 选择2016年12月～2017年3月在我院接受诊治的100例腰椎间盘突出症的患者，将所有患者按照护理措施的不同分为实验组和对照组，每组50例，对照组实施常规护理，研究组予以康复护理干预，两组比较两组患者的两组临床护理效果、疾病复发率、护理满意度和生活质量评分。结果 研究组患者的临床护理效果明显优于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P0.05），研究组患者的护理满意度和生活质量评分均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），研究组患者的疾病复发率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对腰椎间盘突出症患者予以康复护理干预，可有效提高患者的护理满意度和生活质量，改善其临床护理效果，降低其疾病复发率，值得在临床护理学中推广应用。 　　[关键词]康复护理；腰椎间盘突出症；影响 　　[中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）11（a）-0188-03 　　Exploring the influence of rehabilitation nursing intervention on patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion 　　ZHOU Yan LIU Yang-yang 　　Department of Geriatrics，People′s Hospital of Pingxiang City in Jiangxi Province，Pingxiang 337000，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the influence of rehabilitation nursing intervention on patients with lumbar disc protrusion.Methods A total of 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly selected from December 2016 to March 2017 in our hospital.According to the different nursing measures，they were divided into two groups，research group and control group.In the research group，rehabilitation nursing intervention was adopted，while in the control group，routine nursing was used.The clinical nursing effect，disease recurrence rate，nursing satisfaction，and quality of life score in the two groups were compared.Results The clinical nursing effect in the research group were significantly better than that in the control group （P0.05）.The nursing satisfaction and score of quality of life in the research group were both significantly improved compared with those in the control group （P0.05）.The recurrence rate in the research group was much lower than that in the control group （P0.05）.The indexes mentioned above were all displayed statistical significance.Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion can effectively improve the patient′s nursing satisfaction and quality of life，enhance the clinica
