延续性护理在高血压脑出血术后患者中应用 　　[摘要]目的 探?延续性护理在高血压脑出血术后患者中的应用。方法 选择2014年1月～2016年1月我院收治的确诊为高血压脑出血患者90例，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，各45例。两组患者住院期间进行相同的治疗方法，观察组在出院后采用延续性护理进行干预，对照组则不给予护理干预，随访1年，比较两组患者的健康行为情况、血压情况、生活能力、再出血情况。结果 观察组健康行为各指标得分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），护理后，观察组患者血压水平低于对照组，MBI评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组再出血率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 将延续性护理应用到高血压脑出血患者中，有助于患者在出院后建立良好的健康行为，更加有助于血压的控制，减少再出血的发生，值得推广。 　　[关键词]延续性护理；高血压；脑出血 　　[中图分类号] R473.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）05（b）-0182-03 　　Application of continuous nursing in patients after operation with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage 　　LAI Pin-ying GU Yan LI Yan-qun LIANG Yan-qiong 　　Department of Neurosurgery，the Second People′s Hospital of Zhaoqing in Guangdong Province，Zhaoqing 526060，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the application of continuous nursing in patients after operation with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
