延续性护理对康复期精神分裂症患者服药依从性和生活质量影响 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨延续性护理对康复期精神分裂症患者服药依从性和生活质量的应用效果。方法：选取2015年3月-2016年3月在笔者所在医院住院治疗的精神分裂症患者96例，按住院号单、双号分为延续组和对照组各48例，两组患者均在药物治疗达到病情稳定后康复出院，对照组出院时给予常规出院指导；延续组在常规出院指导的基础上，给予以电话及微信联系为主、上门随访为辅的延续性护理服务，在患者出院后6个月评价比较两组患者服药依从性和生活质量。结果：出院后6个月，延续组患者服药依从性和生活质量各项评分均明显高于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对康复期精神分裂症患者实施延续性护理，能有效改善患者服药依从性，提高生活质量。 　　【关键词】 精神分裂症； 康复期； 延续性护理； 服药依从性； 生活质量 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2018.2.048 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2018）02-0096-03 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To discusses the application effects of continuity nursing on the medication compliance and quality of life in patients with schizophrenia.Method：From March 2015 to March 2016，a total of 96 patients with schizophrenia hospitalized in our hospital，were divided into the continuation group and the control group according to the admission number single or double.Two groups were discharged from the hospital after the drug treatment was stable.The control group was discharged from the hospital with regular discharge guidance.On the basis of regular discharge guidance，the continuation group was given telephone and WeChat contact-based，home-based follow-up supplemented by the continuity of care services.The patients were evaluated 6 months after discharge and the medication compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result：At 6 months after discharge，the continuation group was significantly higher in terms of medication compliance and quality of life than the control group，the comparison was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Continuing care for patients with schizophrenia in rehab，can effectively improve the patient’s compliance with medication，improve quality of life. 　　【Key words】 Schizophrenia； Convalescence； Continuous care； Medication adherence； Quality of life 　　First-author’s address：The Demobilized Veterans Hospital of Hechi，Hechi 547021，China 　　精神分裂?Y是一组病因未明的精神疾病，具有感知、思维、情感、意志与行为等方面障碍，以精神活动和环境不协调为主要特征[1]。大部分患者属于慢性起病，表现为工作积极性及工作能力下降、学生成绩下降、对人冷漠，对外界
