延续性护理对心力衰竭患者自我护理能力及健康行为作用 　　摘要：目的 对应用延续性护理模式对患有心力衰竭疾病的患者在治疗期间实施护理的临床效果进行研究。方法 选择我院收治的患有心力衰竭疾病的患者82例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，平均每组41例。采用常规护理模式对对照组患者在治疗期间实施护理；采用延续性护理模式对观察组患者在治疗期间实施护理。对比两组患者自我护理能力、干预前后健康行为评分改善幅度、对心力衰竭疾病治疗期间的护理服务满意度、心脏疾病治疗期间出现的不良反应。结果 观察组研究对象在干预后能够自我护理的人数明显多于对照组；干预前后健康行为评分改善幅度明显大于对照组；对心力衰竭疾病治疗期间的护理服务满意度明显优于对照组；心脏疾病治疗期间出现的不良反应明显少于对照组。结论 应用延续性护理模式对患有心力衰竭疾病的患者在治疗期间实施护理的临床效果非常明显。 　　关键词：延续性护理；心力衰竭；自我护理；健康行为 　　Effect of Continuous Nursing on Self-care Ability and Health Behavior of Patients with Heart Failure 　　TANG Yu 　　（Mianyang Peoples Hospital，Mianyang 621000，Sichuan，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To study the clinical effect of nursing care for patients with heart failure in the treatment of patients with heart failure. Methods 82 cases of patients with heart failure in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group， with 41 cases in each group.
