延续护理对居家精神分裂症患者生活质量影响 　　摘 要 目的：探讨延续护理对居家精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法：选取2014年1月至12月徐汇区精神卫生中心出院现居住在徐汇区的精神分裂症患者118例，分为干预组58例和对照组60例。对照组给予常规出院后康复指导；干预组在常规康复指导基础上，实施为期1年的延续护理。用一般资料问卷、精神分裂症患者生活质量（SQLS）量表对两组患者进行评估。结果：干预后，干预组患者的生活质量高于干预前（P0.001），不良反应和症状、精力和动机及心理社会3个维度及总体生活质量评分均低于对照组（P0.001），即干预组患者生活质量高于对照组。结论：延续护理对改善居家精神分裂症患者的生活质量有积极作用，从而增加患者回归社会机会，树立坚强的生活信念。 　　关键词 精神分裂症； 延续护理；生活质量 　　中图分类号：R749.3 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2017）10-0059-04 　　Effects of extended care on the quality of life of schizophrenic patients at home* 　　ZHOU Hongli， QIAN Honglei， HUANG Lingjuan 　　（Mental Health Center of Xiuhui District， Shanghai 200232， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the effects of extended care on the quality of life of schizophrenic patients at home. Methods： From January to December 2014， 118 cases of schizophrenic， who were discharged from Mental Health Center of Xuhui District and presently lived in Xuhui District， were selected and randomly divided into an intervention group with 58 cases and a control group with 60 cases. The control group was given the routine post-discharge rehabilitation guidance. Based on the routine rehabilitation guidance， the intervention group was also implemented one-year extended care for one year. The general information questionnaire and the schizophrenia quality of life scale （SQLS） were used to evaluate the patients in the two groups. Results： After intervention， the quality of life in the intervention group was higher than that before intervention （P 0.001）. The scores of side adverse reactions and symptoms， energy and motivation and psychosocial 3 dimensions and overall quality of life of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group （P0.001）， which meant that the intervention group had higher quality of life than that of the control group.
