延续护理对维持性血液透析患者应用效果评价 　　【摘要】 目的：探?延续护理在维持性血液透析患者的应用效果分析。方法：选取2014年5月-2015年12月在笔者所在医院做维持性血液透析患者65例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为研究组（33例）和对照组（32例），对照组采用传统的常规护理方案，研究组实施延续护理模式。结果：护理12周后，研究组患者的液体和离子的限制行为、饮食量的管理行为、运动爱好行为、一般状态的管理和社会心理行为及患者自我管理行为总分各评分均高于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对MHD患者实行延续护理模式能提高患者的自我管理能力，增加依从性，提升患者的生活质量，值得临床推广使用。 　　【关键词】 维持性血液透析； 延续护理； 自我管理； 生活质量 　　doi：10.14033/ki.cfmr.2018.6.041 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2018）06-0083-03 　　Evaluation of Application Effect of Continuation Nursing on Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis/ZHANG Aiping.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2018，16（6）：83-85 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the application effect of continuation nursing on patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Method：From May 2014 to December 2015，65 patients with maintenance hemodialysis treated in our hospital were selected as the object，and were divided into the control group（n=32） and the research group（n=33） by random number table.The control group adopted the traditional routine nursing program，and the research group implemented the continuation nursing model.Result：After 12 weeks of nursing，the scores of liquid and ion restriction behavior，the dietary management behavior，the sports hobby behavior，the general state management，the social psychological behavior and the patient self-management behavior total score of the research group were higher than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The continuation nursing for patients with MHD can improve patients’ self-management ability，increase compliance，and improve the quality of life of patients，it is worth to clinical use. 　　【Key words】 Maintenance hemodialysis； Continuation nursing； Self-management ability； Quality of life 　　First-author’s address：Liqun Hostipal in Putuo District of Shanghai，Shanghai 200333，China 　　终末期肾脏疾病（end-stage renal disease，ESRD）是危害患者身心健康的严重疾病，发病率逐年增长。绝大多数ESRD患者需要长期依靠透析治疗来维持生命，而维持性血液透析（maintenance hemodialysis，MHD）是目前临床当中最常用的方式。虽然MHD治疗可
