延续护理对肾衰竭血液透析患者生活质量和疗效影响研究 　　摘要：目的 研究对肾衰竭血液透析患者实施延续护理对其临床疗效及生活质量的影响。方法 选取本院肾内科于2014年6月～2015年6月收治的70例肾衰竭血液透析患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为常规组35例与干预组35例，常规组患者实行一般护理模式，干预组实施延续性护理模式。结果 常规组患者正常生活能力、心理情绪方面、社交能力、精神状态及与家庭成员之间相处关系等指标评分均低于干预组，P0.05；常规组患者疾病治疗总有效率为80%，干预组为94.29%，干预组高于常规组，P0.05。结论 针对临床肾衰竭血液透析患者实施延续性护理模式，护理人员对其进行全面出院指导，并定期进行电话随访，在网络平台上保持交流，及时帮助患者解决相关问题，掌握其疾病治疗进展，可有效提高患者生存质量评分及临床疗效。 　　关键词：肾衰竭；延续护理；影响 　　Effect of Extended Nursing on Quality of Life and Efficacy of Hemodialysis Patients with Renal Failure 　　ZHANG Cheng-qiong，TIAN Yu-lian 　　（Department of Orthopaedics，Yaan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine，Yaan 625000，Sichuan，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To study the continue nursing in patients with renal failure hemodialysis on its clinical curative effect and quality of life.Methods Select our hospital renal medicine in 2014.6～2014.6 admitted during the period of 70 cases of renal failure patients with hemodialysis，according to random number table method will be divided into conventional group and intervention group of 35 cases，35 cases of conventional group of patients in general nursing mode，implement continuity nursing intervention group mode.Results Conventional group patients normal life，emotional，psychological，social ability，mental state，and get along with family members and other index score below the intervention group，P0.05；Regular patients disease treatment the total effective rate was 80%，intervention group was 94.29%，the intervention group was higher than normal group，P0.05）.Conclusion Clinical renal failure on hemodialysis patients implement continuity nursing mode，nursing staff to fully discharge guidance，and telephone follow-up on a regular basis，keep a communication on network platform，in a timely manner to help patients solve related problems，to grasp the progress of the disease treatment can effectively improve patient quality of life scores and clinical curative effect. 　　Key words：Kidney failure；Continuation of care；Impact 　　?I衰竭指由多种慢性肾脏类疾病长期缓慢发
