延续护理对高血压脑出血患者出院后生活能力和心理社会适应状况影响 　　[摘要]目的 探讨延续护理对高血压脑出血患者出院后生活能力和心理、社会适应状况的影响。方法 分析我院2014年1月～2016年6月收治的高血压脑出血患者68例的临床资料，依据护理措施不同进行分组，对照组30例和延续护理组38例。观察两组高血压脑出血患者神经功能缺损、日常生活活动能力、心理情绪评分、社会支持评分情况。结果 延续护理组神经功能缺损评价优于对照组，日常生活活动能力评价优于对照组，焦虑评分、抑郁评分均高于对照组，社会支持评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 延续护理在高血压脑出血患者出院后应用，可以提高患者神经功能恢复水平和生活能力，改善心理情绪，提高社会支持度，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词]延续护理；高血压脑出血；出院后；生活能力；心理；社会适应；影响 　　[中图分类号] R544.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）02（b）-0188-04 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the effect of continuing nursing on living ability and psychology and social adaptation of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after discharge.Methods The clinical data of 68 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who were admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 were analyzed.According to different nursing measures，the patients were divided into control group of 30 cases and the continuing nursing group of 38 cases.The evaluation of neurological deficits，the evaluation of daily living ability，the psychological emotion score and the social support score were observed in two groups.Results The evaluation of neurological deficit in the continuing nursing group was better than that in the control group，the ability of daily life activities was better than that in the control group，the scores of anxiety and depression were higher than those in the control group，social support score was lower than that in the control group （P0.05），and the difference was significant.Conclusion The application of continuing nursing care in the patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage can improve the recovery of neurological function and ability of living， improve the psychological emotions and improve the social support.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application. 　　[Key words]Continuing nursing care；Hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage；Post-discharge；Living ability；Psychological；Social adaptation；Effect 　　高血压脑出血是一种急性起病脑血液循环功能障碍症，患者多以局部神经缺失为主要症状，脑出血后会出现神经功
