帕金森病患者更换神经刺激器临床观察 　　【摘要】 目的：观察帕金森病患者神经刺激器的使用时间，并评估更换神经刺激器后对帕金森病的临床疗效。方法：选取2012年1月-2015年 　　8月在笔者所在科进行更换植入性脉冲发生器的帕金森病患者39例。统计神经刺激器的使用时间，并在术前、术后1 d采用统一帕金森病评定量表（UPDRS）进行评估。结果：神经刺激器的平均使用时间为（1375.7±237.0）d，其中单通道（1210.3±259.6）d，双通道（1462.6±236.4）d。UPDRS运动评分术后比术前明显降低（P0.05）。结论：神经刺激器平均使用寿命与厂家的指导时间基本符合。更换神经刺激器后，脑深部电刺激仍能有效改善帕金森病患者的症状。 　　【关键词】 帕金森病； 脑深部电刺激术； 神经刺激器 　　中图分类号 R742.5 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）6-0012-03 　　Clinical Observation on Replacement of Nervestimulator in Patients with Parkinson Disease/WEN Chao，LI Qiang，CHEN Bao-you，et al.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2016，14（6）：12-14 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the usage time of nerve stimulators in patients with Parkinson disease，and evaluate the clinical curative effect of Parkinson disease after the replacement of nerve stimulator.Method：39 patients with Parkinson disease who replaced implantable pulse generators during the period of January 2012 and August 2015 in our department were investigated in this research.The study counted the usage time of nerve stimulators，and Parkinson disease rating scale（UPDRS） were scored for before and 1 day after surgery.Result：The study found that the average usage time of the nerve stimulator was （1375.7±237.0）days， with single channel nerve stimulator （1210.3±259.6）days， and double channel nerve stimulator （1462.6±236.4）days.The post operation UPDRS score was significantly lower than that of preoperative（P0.05）.Conclusion：The average service life of nerve stimulator is largely in line with the instruction time of manufacturers.After the replacement of nerve stimulator，the deep brain stimulator can still effectively improve the symptoms of patients with Parkinson disease. 　　【Key words】 Parkinson disease； The deep brain stimulator； Nervestimulator 　　First-author’s address：Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine，Tianjin 300193，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2016.6.006 　　帕金森病（Parkinson disease，PD）又称震颤麻痹，是一种最常见的运动障碍性疾病。脑深部电刺激术（deep brain stimulation，D
