应用OCT分析视神经损害程度在中医药辩证论治原发性开角青光眼中临床研究 　　【摘要】 目的：对应用OCT分析视神经损害程度在中医药辩证论治原发性开角青光眼中的临床进行研究。方法：选取自2014年1-12月在本院眼科门诊就诊的30例P0AG患者为观察组，另外选择30例正常者为对照组。其中观察组以Had与Becker视野分期法为基础把患者分为早期观察组、进展期观察组和晚期观察组，每组各10例。观察组应用OCT分析视神经损害程度在中医药辩证论治原发性开角青光眼。结果：观察组患者包括分为痰湿泛目证组、气郁化火证组以及肝肾亏虚证组，这些患者的RNFL平均厚度和对照组相比存在着明显变薄的情况（P0.05），同时视野MD比对照组高（P0.05），表现为伴随着患者病程的发展RNFL逐渐变薄而视野MD则是逐渐加重，以此为基础疗效达到了85.7%以上，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：应用OCT分析视神经损害程度在中医药辩证论治原发性开角青光眼中的临床有一定的价值，值得临床进一步深入研究与推广。 　　【关键词】 OCT； 视神经损害； 中医药； 原发性开角青光眼 　　The Clinical Study of OCT Analysis of Damage the Optic Nerve in Medicine Dialectical Treatment in Primary Open-angle Glaucoma/LUO Yi，XIONG Hong.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（31）：090-093 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study OCT analysis of damage the optic nerve in medicine dialectical treatment clinical study of primary open-angle glaucoma.Method：30 P0AG patients were taken from January to December in 2014 in our hospital ophthalmology clinic for the study as the observation group，another 30 cases of normal people were selected as control group.Referring Had and Becker horizons，the observation group were divided into early， advanced and late progression groups.
