弹性纤维成像技术联合超声造影对甲状腺肿块诊断价值 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨弹性纤维成像技术联合超声造影在甲状腺肿块中的诊断价值。 方法 选择2014年10月～2015年10月我院接诊的68例甲状腺疾病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，在所有患者中使用单独的超声造影以及超声造影联合弹性纤维成像技术两组方式进行甲状腺肿块的检查，观察两种超声方式所显示的成像结果，并比较其灵敏度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值之间的差异。 结果 弹性纤维成像技术联合超声造影的灵敏度、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值（94.44%、92.18%、94.44%、93.33%）均高于单独使用超声造影方式的结果（83.33%、82.35%、83.33%、81.25%），组间比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 弹性纤维成像技术联合超声造影可以准确地反映甲状腺肿块良恶性的情况，对病情进行正确有效的诊断，改善预后，值得在临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 弹性纤维成像技术；超声造影；甲状腺肿块；诊断价值 　　[中图分类号] R445.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）03（c）-0069-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the diagnostic value of elastic fiber imaging technique combining with ultrasound contrast on thyroid tumor. Methods From October 2014 to October 2015，68 patients with thyroid disorders treated in our hospital were selected and retrospectively analyzed.Among all participants，only ultrasound contrast and ultrasound contrast combining with elastic fiber imaging technique were used for examinations of thyroid tumor.The displayed imaging outcomes by these two ways were observed and differences in sensitivity，specificity，accuracy，positive predictive value，and negative predictive value by the two methods were compared. Results The values of sensitivity，specificity，accuracy，positive predictive value，and negative predictive value were 94.44%，92.18%，94.44%，93.33% respectively，which were all higher than those by the single method of ultrasound contrast，accounting for 83.33%，82.35%，83.33%，81.25%，which were displayed statistical differences （P0.05）.
