重庆市地方高校师资队伍建设问题研究 内容摘要 学科专业 z 教育学原理 指导教师:易连云教授 研究方向 z 教育管理 研究生:陈南飞 内容摘要z 高等学校既是高层次人才的聚集之所，又是高层次人才成长的娼 锺和培养基地，在国家的创新体系中具有举足轻重的地位和关键性作用。而要提 高高等教育质量，建设高水平大学，关键是建设好一支高素质、专业化的师资队 伍。重庆市作为我国最年轻的直辖市，肩负着带动西南地区和长江上游经济、社 会发展的历史使命。要把重庆建设成名副其实的长江上游经济中心，建设长江上 游教育中心和西部教育高地是至关重要的，而如何促进高等教育规模、结构、质 量、效益的协调发展则是其前提条件。重庆市高等教育虽然有一定基础，但与京、 津、沪直辖市有较大的差距，在西部地区也不处于领先地位，其影响因素是多方 面的，但师资队伍建设存在的差距和不足无疑是最根本的原因。因此，本文以重 庆市地方高校师资队伍建设问题为切入点，在全面反映市属 13 所普.ì!!í本科院校 师资队伍现状的基础上，从师资队伍结构、高层次人才缺乏、师资队伍稳定、师 资队伍建设观念更新等方面分析了存在的问题及产生的原因，进而从积极采取各 种有效措施，努力改善师资队伍结构;通过引进和培养高学历、高职称教师，提 高高层次人才的比例:创造良好的用人环境、人才培养机制和激励措施，努力稳 定师资队伍;更新师资队伍建设观念，探索新的师资队伍建设方法等四个方面， 提出了改进和完善师资队伍建设的具体对策。 关键词: 重庆地方高校师资队伍建设现状问题对策 Solutions to the Problems Faced by Chongqings Colleges and Universities in the Building of the Teaching Faculty Major: Pedagogy Specialty: Educational Management Research Supervisor: Professor Yí Lianyun Author: Chen Nanfci Abstract Being both the reoirs of advanced talents and the producers of advanced talen怡， colleges and universities play a crucial role ín the state creativeness system.
