康复指导性训练在脑卒中偏瘫患者康复锻炼中应用 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨康复指导性训练在脑卒中偏瘫患者康复锻炼中的应用价值。方法：选取2013年 　　3月-2014年6月本院确诊治疗的脑卒中偏瘫患者60例，按照随机数字表法分为指导组与对照组，每组各30例。两组患者均给予常规康复锻炼干预，指导组患者在此基础上给予康复指导性训练干预。应用Fugl-Meyer评定法（FM）评估患者平衡功能和改良Barthel生活能力指数（Modified Barthel index，MBI）评定患者生活能力，随访6个月，比较分析所有患者康复训练动作达标情况以及治疗前、治疗后第2、4、6个月的平衡功能和生活能力。结果：指导组的康复训练动作达标率为93.33%，对照组的康复训练动作达标率为66.67%，前者明显高于后者，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后，指导组第2、4、6个月FM、MBI得分明显优于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：康复指导性训练可有效提高脑卒中偏瘫患者康复训练动作达标率，有利于提高康复锻炼的效果，持续性改善患者平衡功能和生活能力，值得临床作进一步推广。 　　【关键词】 康复指导性训练； 脑卒中； 偏瘫； 平衡功能； 生活能力 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To discuss the application value of rehabilitation training guidance in stroke patients with hemiplegia rehabilitation exercise.Method：60 stroke patients with hemiplegia were selected from March 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital，all patients were randomly divided into guide group and control group，30 cases in each group.Two groups were given routine rehabilitation exercise intervention， the guide group was given rehabilitation training guidance on the basis of that .Fugl-Meyer rating method （FM） was used to evaluate the balance function in patients，Modified Barthel index （MBI） was used to assess patients life ability， followed up for 6 months， all patients rehabilitation training exercises target rate，the balance function and life ability before treatment and after treatment of 2，4 and 6 months were analysed.Result：The rehabilitation training exercises target rate of guide group was 93.33% ，control group was 66.67% ， the former was higher than the later，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.After treatment 2，4 and 6 months，the FM and MBI score of guide group were better than control group， the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion：Rehabilitation guidance training can effectively improve the operation success rate， cerebral stroke patients with hemiplegia rehabilitation training to improve the effect of rehabilitation exercise， balance function in patients with continuous improv
