PAGE PAGE VI In this research, there is the basis of field investigation about Chong xin middle school in Yong an town, Feng gang country, Gui zhou province. The main methods are face-to-face interview, on-the-spot visit and questionnaire survey in this research. And, I analysis the connection of teachers’ current situations and left-behind children’s growing. Lastly, I discuss that the rural teachers how influence the left-behind children in their life, education and mentality. What I do is hoping that this research can provide a new theory perspective for the left-behind children’s growing and can provide the lesson for the comparability background schools’ teachers and the infant left-behind children’s growing.
