I I 中文摘要 随着《基础教育课程改革纲要》的颁发和实施，新一轮基础教育课程改革 已经从试验阶段到实施阶段。2007 年，全国普通高中起始年级全部进入新课程。 为了及时总结在实施过程中成功的经验和存在的问题，对一年来的实施情况进 行认真的调查研究。本研究运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、逻辑方法 和数理统计法等，以陕西省教育强县 15 所标准化高中（2007 年 10 月 31 日前命 名）为研究对象，对 110 名体育教师和 300 名学生进行调查，了解了陕西省教 育强县标准化高中《新课程标准》（田径教学）实施现状和影响《新课程标准》 （田径教学）实施的因素，针对主要问题提出了改进建议。分析的结论如下： 一、大部分体育教师对《体育与健康课程标准》进行了不同程度的研修， 对基本理念有所了解，但不全面，深入学习不够，对其内涵领悟不够透彻，对 新课标实施持怀疑态度。 二、各校普遍执行体育与健康课程，以往单一的竞技化教学、唯体质论、 以学科为中心等情况有所改善，《体育与健康》课程虽然成为必修课程，但受应 试教育思想的影响，仍得不到领导和学生的重视,管理不规范，场地设施急需尽 快完善。 三、在教学目标方面:新课标确立了知识与技能、过程与方法、情感与价值 观三位一体的课程与教学目标，教师的教学思想在此影响下发生了很大变化。 田径类课教学从发展体质和发展技能单一目标向多元化方向发展。但受传统田 径课教学的影响，使认知与具体实践存在偏差，田径类课教学完成课程目标实 效性有待加强。新课标提出的目标没有完全落实到课堂，落实到学生。 四、在教学内容方面:田径课内容还是以竞技教材为主，突出健康性的教材 并没有得到广泛实施。新课程标准不规定具体教学内容和学习时数，给学校和 教师较大的空间改善田径类课教学内容。但目前教师并不能够根据育人目标大 胆创新、开发和利用以“身体健康、心理健康、社会适应”整体健康为目标的 校本课程。 五、在评价方式方面:由于受长期的体能与技能评定的影响，当前还是以达 标成绩、技能水平、出勤情况等为主要评定内容。新课程标准强调建立评价内 II II 容多元化、评价方式多样化的评价体系。显然目前田径类课教学的评价方式需 要改善。 关键词：“体育与健康”课程标准；标准化高中；田径教学；现状分析 PAGE PAGE III Abstract With the Basic Education Curriculum Reform and implementation of the award, a new round of curriculum reform of basic education has moved from pilot phase to the implementation phase.
