尿常规定性检验对糖尿病蛋白尿诊断价值分析 　　[摘要] 目的 研究在糖尿病蛋白尿诊断中行尿常规定性检验的价值与效果。方法 选取2015年10月―2016年10月期间收治的60例糖尿病患者，将期作为实验组，并且选取同期体检的60名健康体检人群作为研究的参照组，对比分析两组体检者尿糖、尿蛋白、白细胞、白细胞脂酶等指标变化情况，且分析年龄与尿蛋白之间的关系。结果 实验组与参照组受检人员在尿糖阳性率、尿蛋白阳性率、白细胞阳性率、白细胞脂酶阳性率等指标方面差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。随着年龄的增长，蛋白尿+++发生率也在升高，不同年龄段尿蛋白尿发生率差异有统计学意义。 结论 将尿常规定性检验应用于糖尿病蛋白尿中具有显著效果，可以作为临床分析、筛选以及诊断糖尿病的依据。 　　[关键词] 尿常规定性检验；糖尿病蛋白尿；诊断价值 　　[中图分类号] R446.12 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）02（b）-0063-02 　　Analysis of Value of Qualitative Routine Urine Test in Diagnosis of Diabetes Proteinuria 　　ZHANG Xuan-qian 　　Department of Clinical Laboratory， Shuangyashan Blood Center， Shuangyashan， Heilongjiang Province， 155100 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To research the value and effect of qualitative routine urine test in diagnosis of diabetes proteinuria. Methods 60 cases of patients with diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the experimental group and 60 cases of healthy physical examination persons at the same period were selected as the control group， and the urine glucose， urine protein， white cell and white cell lipase changes were compared and analyzed， and the correlation between age and urine protein was analyzed. Results The differences in the positive rate of urine glucose， positive rate of urine protein， positive rate of white cell and positive rate of white cell lipase between the two groups were obvious（P0.05）， with statistical significance， and with the older the age， the incidence rate of urine protein +++ increased， and the difference in the urine protein between the different ages were obvious with statistical significance. Conclusion The application effect of qualitative routine urine test in diagnosis of diabetes proteinuria is obvious， which can used be the basis for the clinical analysis， screening and diagnosis of diabetes. 　　[Key words] Qualitative routine urine test； Diabetes proteinuria； Diagnosis value 　　糖尿病是常?的临床慢性疾病，属于高血糖代谢性疾病，高血糖长期存在可能严重损伤血管、神经、肾脏以及心脏等器官[1]
