尿脓毒血症原因及护理措施 　　[摘要]目的 探究分析尿脓毒血症的原因及适合的护理措施，旨在为今后临床上治疗尿脓毒血症提供参考和依据。方法 选取2012年4月―2014年4月该院收治的60例尿脓毒血症患者作为研究对象，随机分为A组（30例，常规护理），B组（30例，针对性护理），观察分析该病的主要致病原因，对比两组患者的护理效果。结果 经过观察统计，外科感染患者25例，结石患者14例，输尿管的狭窄患者11例，肿瘤患者10例，针对性护理对患者的总有效率为96.7%，与以往的护理方式比较，有较高的效率；B组患者护理满意度显著高于A组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 尿脓毒血症可以由任何部位的感染引起，也常常发生在有严重疾病的患者中。有针对性的护理对尿脓毒血症患者的治疗具有积极的影响，能明显提高患者的总有效率率及护理满意度，值得临床上推广和应用。 　　[关键词]尿脓毒血症；原因分析；护理措施 　　[中图分类号] R473.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号]1674-0742（2015）03（c）-0152-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore and analyze the causes of urinary sepsis and appropriate nursing measures so as to provide reference and basis for the clinical treatment of urinary sepsis in the future. Methods 60 cases with urinary sepsis admitted in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2014 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into group A（30 cases） and group B（30 cases）， treated by the conventional nursing， targeted nursing， respectively. The main causes of the disease were observed and analyzed. And the nursing efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results The observation and statistics showed that there were 25 cases with surgical infection， 14 cases with stones， 11 cases with ureteral stenosis， and 10 cases with tumor. The overall response rate of targeted nursing was 96.7%， higher than that of the previous methods of care； the nursing satisfaction of group B was much higher than that of group A， the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Urinary sepsis may be caused by the infection in any part， which often occurs in patients with severe disease.
