强化免疫在麻疹控制预防中有效性分析 　　【摘要】 目的：分析探讨强化免疫在麻疹控制预防中的有效性，为今后的麻疹防控工作提供有价值的参考信息。方法：对本地区2011年1月-2014年12月间麻疹发病的987例患者情况以及强化免疫的预防和控制效果进行统计分析。结果：本地区麻疹发病呈现为明显的季节性，并且为单峰型，发病高峰集中在4-6月。987例麻疹病例中包括有男654例，女333例，男女比例为1.96∶1。年龄分布情况呈现为：0岁组178例（18.03%），1～14岁组437例（44.28%），15岁以上成年人组372例（37.69%），显然1～14岁组所占比例相对较高，三组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。2011-2014年间进行了前后7次的麻疹疫苗强化免疫与查漏补种，结果发现，2011年报告病例数为359例，2012年为404例，2013年为182例，2014年为42例，显然2011-2012年间麻疹报告病例较2013-2014年间高，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：高质量的麻疹疫苗强化免疫活动能够使麻疹的发病率得到有效控制，麻疹预防效果显著，值得关注。 　　【关键词】 麻疹； 疫苗； 强化免疫； 预防； 发病率； 有效性 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze and explore the effectiveness of measles immunization in strengthen the prevention and control，then provide valuable information for future reference measles prevention and control work.Method：987 cases of measles with immune effect on the prevention and control from January 2011 to December 2014 were statistical analyzed.Result：The incidence of measles in the region appear as obvious seasonal and a single peak， the peak incidence concentrated from April to June.In 987 cases of measles， including 654 cases of male，333 cases of female， male to female ratio of 1.96∶1.The age distribution of cases presented as follows：178 cases（18.03%） of 0-year-old group，437 cases（44.28%） of 1-14 year-old group，372 cases（37.69%） of 15 adults over the age group，obviously the proportion of 1-14 year-old group relatively higher，the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.7 times of measles vaccine supplementary immunization and leak replant from 2011 to 2014， it was found that the number of reported from 2011 to 2014 were respectively 359 cases， 404 cases，182 cases，42 cases， from 2011 to 2012 reported measles cases apparently higher than that from 2013 to 2014，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： The high quality measles vaccine enhanced immune activity can make the measles incidence rate to get effective control， the measles prevention effect is remarkable，it is worth paying attention to. 　　【Key w
