成都中医药大学硕士学位论文 成都中医药大学硕士学位论文 6 6 Results The 60 pre-menopause “benglou” patients in this research have the results following: 40% out of 60 cases, who are suffering from pre-menopause “benglou”, have disease courses less than 3 months. 71.67% out of 60 cases, who are suffering from this disease, have the time in hospital is less than ten days and the blood stopping to cure and be effective is 78.34%. The patient feeling better is 8.3% and the symptoms change obviously is 86.64%. The results of the diagnostic curettage 56.67% is simple hyperplasia. The main secondary symptoms are anaemia and infection. The main pattern types are kidney deficiency and blood stasis or kidney deficiency and liver qi obstruction (blood stasis), the deficiency of the spleen and kidney qi. The high herbs with frequency usage are tonifying medicine, secondary is Blood-dissipating stasis medicine, Bleeding-stoping medicine and Heat-clearing medicine. The high frequency Prescriptions are Erzhi wan and Shixiao san. Secondary is Juyuan jian, Shengmai san and Shoutai wan. The pattern types have some relations to the diagnostic curettage. Conclusion According to this clinic cases research, we can draw a conclusion that the kidney deficiency is the main cause and the disease result with Chong and Ren Channels out of control .So the baisc therapy is treating kidney and regulate Chong and Ren Channels. To sum up the treatment methods are tonifying deficiency, stoping blood, clearing heat, promoting blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis. There are 2 main prescriptions: Shengmai Erzhi Shixiao San, Juyuan Shoutai Wuqian tang. The former is used in the deficiency of the spleen and kidney, debility of Chong and Ren Channels, while the latter is used in the liver qi stasis kidney deficiency, blood heat and blood stasis.
