摘要 摘要 左归丸加味治疗糖 左归丸加味治疗糖尿病骨质疏松症的临床研究 PAGE PAGE 11 PAGE PAGE 10 摘 要 目的：观察左归丸加味对糖尿病骨质疏松证属肾阴虚型的临床疗效及安全性。 方法：将符合入选标准的 64 例糖尿病骨质疏松症患者随机分为两组：治疗组 32 例,对照组 32 例。两组在糖尿病教育、控制血糖的基础上，对照组予以碳酸钙 口服，治疗组在对照组基础上予以左归丸加味方，3 个月为一个疗程，在用药前 后对证候积分各记录一次，并对两组骨密度、血糖（空腹、餐后 2h）、糖化血红 蛋白各测定一次。疗程结束后，对治疗前后各指标进行组内及组间进行统计学分 析。 结果：①临床综合疗效：治疗组总有效率 84.4%；明显高于对照组 56.3%， （P0.05）；②中医证候积分：与治疗前比较，治疗后治疗组与对照组患者证候积 分均显著降低（P0.05），中医证候积分在治疗后，对照组比治疗组低（P0.05）； ③骨密度：与治疗前比较，治疗后治疗组和对照组患者骨密度均明显升高 （P0.05），治疗后，两组骨密度组间比较无显著性差异 （P0.05）；④血糖及糖 化血红蛋白：与治疗前比较，治疗后治疗组与对照组 FBG、2hBG、HbA1c 均下 降(P0.05)，两组血糖及糖化血红蛋白改变组间比较无显著性差异 （P0.05）。 结 论 ： ① 左 归 丸 加 味 方 能 明 显 缓 解 肾 阴 虚 型 糖 尿 病 骨 质 疏 松 临床 症状、提高患者生活质量，在改善症状、体征方面优于单纯西药治疗；②左归丸 加味方治疗糖尿病骨质疏松症安全方便，患者易于接受，便于在临床上推广使用。 关键词：糖尿病骨质疏松症；左归丸加味；临床研究 Clinical Study on Youguiwanjiawei in Treating Diabetic Osteoporosis Lv Na (Internal medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine ) Directed by Liu AiHua Abstract Objectives: To observe the clinical effect and security of traditional Chinese herbs to treat the patient with the insufficiency of kidney -yin syndrome through the clinical study of Zuoguiwanjiawei prescription. Methods: the 64 patients met the inclusion criteria randomly divided into 2 groups:the treatment group(32 patients) and the control group(32 patients).two groups were given diabetes education and the application of insulin to control blood sugar. The control group were given calcium carbonate. In addition to calcium carbonate, the treatment group were given Zuoguiwanjiawei.
