手术室存在护理风险因素分析及安全管理措施效果评价 　　[摘要]目的 探讨手术室存在的护理风险因素及安全管理措施的效果。 方法 将2010年11月～2013年12月于我院手术室接受手术治疗的120例患者根据管理方法不同分为对照组与观察组各60例。观察组采用安全管理，对照组未采用安全管理。比较两组患者手术室护理风险因素发生率及护理质量。 结果 对照组器械因素、手术室感染因素、院内感染因素、技术因素及管理因素分别为10.00%、3.33%、6.67%、3.33%及8.33%，显著高于观察组的1.67%、0、1.67%、0 及3.33%，P0.05；观察组护理差错率、护理纠纷率、护理满意度及护理质控评分分别为1.67%、1.67%、96.67%及（99.02±10.11）分，对照组分别为5.00%、6.67%、86.67%及（92.18±9.05）分，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 手术室存在的护理风险因素众多，应采取必要的安全管理措施，降低护理风险发生率。 　　[关键词]手术室；护理风险因素；安全管理；护理纠纷 　　[中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2014）16-118-03 　　The risk factors in the operating room and and the effect of safety measures 　　LI Yan 　　Operating Room， Shandong Energy Zi Mining Group Co.， LTD. Methods Selected 120 surgery patients in operating room from November 2010 to December 2013 in our hospital， and they were divided into control group and observation group According to management methods， 60 cases each group. Observation group took safety management model， the control group did not take safety management model. The the incidence of Risk factors in operating room and quality of care were compared. Results The factors of devices， operating room infection， nosocomial infection， technical and management were respectively 10.00%， 3.33%， 6.67%， 3.33 % and 8.33% in the control group，was significantly higher than the observation group（1.67%， 0， 1.67%， 0 and 3.33%）（P0.05）； The care error rate， nursing disputes rate， nursing satisfaction and quality control score of the observation group was 1.67 %， 1.67%， 96.67% and （99.02±10.11） points， the control group was respectively 5.00%， 6.67%， 86.67% and （92.18±9.05） points， the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The number of nursing risk factors in operating room is much， should take the necessary safety measures to reduce the incidence of nursing risk. 　　[Key words] Ope
