慢性荨麻疹患者健康素养及其影响因素调查研究 　　【摘要】 目的：了解慢性荨麻疹患者现阶段的健康素养水平和影响因素，为提高慢性荨麻疹患者的健康水平提供有效依据。方法：采用一般人口学调查表和健康素养调查表对本院的61例慢性荨麻疹患者进行横断面调查，比较不同人口维度的患者健康素养水平，并进行相关性分析。结果：慢性荨麻疹患者的健康素养总得分为（4.87±0.96）分，健康素养各个维度的得分均明显低于全国常模，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；城市、文化程度在大学及以上和年龄在45～60岁患者的健康素养得分明显高于其他患者（P0.05）。结论：慢性荨麻疹患者的健康素养水平较低，不同居住地、文化程度及年龄的患者存在差异，临床工作者应根据患者的个体特点进行针对性的健康教育，进一步提高慢性荨麻疹患者的健康素养。 　　【关键词】 慢性荨麻疹； 健康素养； 调查 　　Survey on the Health Literacy of Chronic Urticaria and Its Influence Factors/ZHONG Xi-fang，LIU He-ying.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（10）：132-135 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To know the health literacy levels of the chronic urticaria at the present stage and the influence factors， and to provide effective basis for improving the health level of the chronic urticaria.Method：The cross-sectional survey was carried out on 61 cases with chronic urticaria receiving the outpatient treatment in our hospital，they were given general demographic questionnaire and health literacy questionnaire.The health literacy levels of patients from different population dimensions were compared and analyzed.Result：The total score of health literacy of the chronic urticaria was （4.87±0.96）score，the score of each dimension of health literacy were evidently lower than the national norm，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Specifically，the health literacy scores of patients living in the cities，university and higher education level and age within 45-60 were evidently higher than the scores of other patients，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05） .Conclusion：The health literacy level of chronic urticaria is relatively lower.There are differences in the levels among patients in different places of residence，education levels and ages.Therefore，the clinic workers should conduct targeted health education according to the individual characteristics of the patients，thus to further improve the health literacy of the chronic urticaria. 　　【Key words】 Chronic urticaria； Health literacy； Surve
