心理干预对减轻开腹胆囊切除术后疼痛作用 　　 　　 　　[摘要] 目的 研究心理干预对减轻开腹胆囊切除术后疼痛的应用价值。 方法 选取本院2010年2月～2013年8月收治的80例行开腹胆囊切除术的患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例，对照组采用常规护理方法，观察组在对照组基础上实施心理护理干预，比较两组患者的护理满意度与疼痛状况。 结果 观察组术后3、6、24、48、72 h的VAS评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的护理满意度为97.5%，对照组的护理满意度为85.0%，观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 实施心理护理干预有利于增强患者对疾病治疗的信心，缓解术后疼痛状况，减轻疼痛，提升护理满意度，对于疾病治疗意义重大。 　　[关键词] 心理干预；开腹手术；疼痛护理 　　[中图分类号] R473.6[文献标识码] B[文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）05（c）-0126-03 　　 　　Effect of psychological intervention on relieving postoperative pain of open cholecystectomy 　　DAI Xue-qun1 ZHANG Xiu-hua2 　　1.Department of Outpatient,Yunfu Health School of Guangdong Province,Yunfu 527300,China;2.Yunfu People′s Hospital of Guangdong Province,Yunfu 527300,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the application value of psychological intervention in relieving the postoperative pain of open cholecystectomy. Methods 80 cases of patients who received open cholecystectomy in our school from February 2010 to August 2013 were selected and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The conventional nursing method was given to the control group and the psychological nursing intervention was given to the observation group on the basis of the control group.The nursing satisfaction and patient pain state of the two groups were compared. Results The VAS scores of observation group postoperative 3-hour,6-hour,24-hour,48-hour and 72-hour was lower than that of the control group respectively,with significant difference (P0.05).The satisfaction rate in the observation group was 97.5%,the control group was 85.0%,the difference was significant between the two gorups (P0.05). Conclusion The implementation of psychological nursing intervention is conducive to enhancing the patients′ confidence to disease treatment,relieving postoperative pain state and promoting nursing satisfaction,which is of high significance to the disease treatment. 　　[Key words] Psychological intervention;Laparotomy
