心理护理对内镜下治疗消化道出血患者治疗应激反应影响 　　[摘要]目的 探讨心理护理对内镜下治疗消化道出血患者应激反应的影响。方法 选择2015年8月～2016年8月我院收治的消化道出血患者360例为研究对象，以随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，各180例，对照组接受常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上实施心理护理，对两组患者心理与生理应激反应进行比较。结果 两组患者治疗前心率及平均动脉压比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05），观察组治疗中、治疗后的平均动脉压及心率与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），观察组治疗后的抑郁自评量表（SDS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。结论 心理护理应用于内镜治疗消化道出血中可降低心理与生理应激反应程度，对提高治疗效果，促进病情康复具有积极作用，值得推广。 　　[关键词]内窥镜；心理护理；消化道出血；应激反应 　　[中图分类号] R573.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）03（c）-0189-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing care on stress response of patients with gastrointestinal bleeding under endoscope.Methods 360 cases of patients with gastrointestinal bleeding treated in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into observation group and control group，180 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing，while patients in the observation group were given psychological nursing care based on the treatment in the control group.The psychology and the response to physiological stress response of patients were compared in two groups.Results There was no significant difference in heart rate and mean arterial pressure between the two groups before treatment （P0.05）.Compared the mean arterial pressure and heart rate in and after the treatment in the observation group with those in the control group，the difference was significant （P0.05）.The scores of self rating depression scale （SDS） and self rating anxiety scale （SAS） in the observation group were lower than those of the control group and the differences were statistically significant （P0.01）.Conclusion Application of psychological nursing in the treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding under endoscope can reduce the degree of psychological and physiological stress response，improve the therapeutic effect.This method has a positive effect on promoting the rehabilitation of the disease，which is worth promoting. 　　[Key w
