心理护理干预对腰椎骨折微创治疗护理效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨心理护理干预在腰椎骨折微创治疗护理工作中的应用。 方法 选取我院骨伤综合科2012年7月～2015年7月接收的80例需要进行腰椎骨折微创手术治疗患者作为研究对象，并将其随机等分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用常规护理，研究组在常规护理的基础上增加心理护理，分别观察、记录、对比两组患者护理满意度和负面心理发生率。 结果 对照组患者负面心理发生率明显高于研究组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）；对照组患者护理满意度明显低于研究组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 心理护理在腰椎骨折微创手术治疗护理中取得显著效果，不仅具有更高的护理满意度，而且能够降低患者的负面心理状态出现概率，值得进一步应用。 　　[关键词] 心理护理；腰椎骨折；负面心理；护理效果 　　[中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2016）06-0141-03 　　Effect of psychological nursing intervention nursing in treatment of minimally invasive lumbar fracture 　　WU Caiqin WU Yi OU Huizhi 　　Department of Comprehensive Orthopedics， Foshan Hospital of TCM in Guangdong Province， Foshan 528000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention in the application of minimally invasive treatment of lumbar fractures. Methods Selected the general department received 80 cases need to be treated with minimally invasive surgery of lumbar fracture in our hospital from July 2012 to July 2015 as the research objects， and randomly divided into the control group and the research group. The control group used conventional care， the research group increased psychological nursing on the basis of conventional nursing， respectively， the nursing effect of the two groups of patients and negative psychological incidence were observed， recorded and compared. Results The negative psychological incidence of the control group was significantly higher than that of the research group， with statistical significance （P0.05）； Nursing satisfaction of patients in the control group was significantly lower than that of the research group， with statistically significance（P0.05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing in the lumbar spine fractures of minimally invasive surgery nursing has significant effect， not only has higher satisfaction with care， and can reduce the negative psychological state in patients with probability， is worth further application. 　　[Key words] Psychological care； Lum
