华中科技大学硕士学位论文华中科技大学硕士学位论文 II II Abstract Along with fast social economic development and living standards improvement, people are more and more critical to the work and the life environment quality, the MSW disposal problem receives more and more peoples attention. In our country, suffered the planned economy system, construction and management of solid waste management projects is controlled by the government. As the industrialization is taken into the solid waste management projects, a lot of companies take part into the projects, the management of the projects become more complex. Furthermore, all the attendees suffer the project risks. Therefore, the study of risk analysis on solid waste management project is important under incompletely the market behavior. In the thesis, firstly, developing progress of solid management waste project and conception of risk management are illustrated. Then conception of risk management of solid waste management projects is taken out. Based on the character of solid waste projects, classification of project risk is carried out, and project risk factors are analyzed. Secondly, according to the difference of project risk analytical methods, we chose AHP(analytic hierarchy process)method to form the risk model of solid waste management projects, and it is built up after calculating. The next the method of fuzzy evaluation is used to evaluate single index, then go along to evaluate the whole project. Furthermore, because economic risk is very important for both investor and government, the economic risk analytical method is formed by choosing right economic estimate factors and methods. The next, it is carried out and put out into practicing solid waste project. Finally，according to risk analysis of solid projects , risk responses are carried out.
