微血管减压术治疗三叉神经痛临床疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨分析微血管减压术治疗三叉神经痛的临床疗效。 方法 资料回顾性分析2010年6月―2013年6月该院诊治的三叉神经痛患者80例，按照治疗方案分成两组，对照组40例患者予常规手术治疗，研究组40例患者给予改良式微血管减压术治疗，比较两组患者治疗有效性及复发率，有效性指标、并发症发生率及VAS、BNI评分情况。结果 研究组复发2（5.00%）例比对照组9（22.50%）例少，并发症总发生率20.00%（8/40）比对照组40.00%（16/40）低，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后两组VAS、BNI评分情况均较治疗前有明显改善，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。结论 微血管减压术治疗三叉神经痛的临床疗效显著，具有临床实际应用价值。 　　[关键词] 微血管减压术；三叉神经痛；疗效；分析 　　[中图分类号] R651.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2014）10（b）-0020-02 　　Analysis of the Clinical Efficacy of Microvascular Decompression in the Treatment of Trigeminal Neuralgia 　　ZHANG Jinli 　　Department of Neurosurgery， Jinzhou Central Hospital， Jinzhou， Liaoning Province， 121000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of microvascular decompression in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. Methods The data of 80 cases with trigeminal neuralgia diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. And the patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment scheme. 40 cases in the control group were treated by the conventional surgery， and 40 cases in the study group were treated by modified microvascular decompression. The efficacy， relapse rate， indicators of effectiveness， incidence of complications， VAS， BNI score were compared between the two groups. Results In the study group， the disease relapsed in 2 cases （5.00%）， less than 9 cases （22.50%） in the control group， the total incidence of complications in the study group was 20.00% （8/40）， lower than 40.00% （16/40） of the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）. After treatment， the VAS， BNI score of both groups improved obviously as compared with those before treatment with statistical significance （P0.01）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of microvascular decompression for trigeminal neuralgia is significant with clinically practical application value. 　　[Key words] Microvascular decompression； Trigeminal neuralgia； Efficacy； An
