手术室护士心理健康调查分析和干预措施 　　[摘要] 目的 通?^调查手术室护士的心理健康状况以了解手术室护士心理压力产生的原因，结合具体原因制定针对性干预策略。 方法 以2016年1月～2017年1月我院在职的24名手术室护士作为研究对象，所有手术室护士均接受心理压力问卷与SCL-90症状自评量表调查，并将测评量表中多项因子评分与全国常模作以比较。我院根据实际情况对本组接受心理健康调查的12名手术室护士采取心理干预（观察组），其余手术护士不予以实施心理干预（对照组），采用汉密尔顿焦虑/抑郁量表评估两组手术护士心理状况。 结果 与全国常模比较，手术室护士人际关系敏感因子分值明显偏低，强迫、敌对、躯体化、偏执、精神病性、恐怖、焦虑、抑郁等因子评分相对偏高，组间差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。精神高度紧张、工作环境特殊、检查考试、缺乏家庭与社会支持是导致手术室护士心理压力产生的主要原因。 结论 手术室护士人员心理健康水平有待提高，提高手术室护士人员心理应对能力可从分析手术室护士人员心理压力产生的原因，循因制定针对性干预措施入手。在手术室护士中开展心理护理干预能有效缓解手术护士焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪，提高手术室护士心理健康水平。 　　[关键词] 手术室护士；心理健康调查；干预策略；心理压力 　　[中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）34-0136-03 　　Investigation analysis on mental health of operating room nurses and Interventions 　　DAI Jing 　　Operating Room， Jiujiang First Peoples Hospital in Jiangxi Province， Jiujiang 332000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To understand the causes of psychological stress in operating room nurses by investigating the mental health status of operating room nurses， and to develop specific intervention strategies based on specific reasons. Methods 24 operating room nurses in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as research objects. All operating room nurses were surveyed by psychological stress questionnaire and SCL-90 symptoms self-rating scale.
