手术室护理路径对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者应激反应影响 　　[摘要] 目的 观察手术室护理路径在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术中的应用，分析对患者应激反应的影响。 方法 选取2015年1月～2016年1月在我院实施腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者76例，随机分为对照组38例，实施常规护理干预，观察组38例，实施手术室护理路径，比较两组护理效果及对患者应激反应的影响。 结果 较之术前（T0），T1时对照组T、HR、SpO2及血糖等指标均呈现明显提高；于T2时明显下降，与T0相比差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组T、HR、SpO2及血糖等指标不同时点比较差异不显著（P0.05），波动幅度相比更小（P0.05）。 结论 手术室护理路径应用于腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术中，可有效改善患者临床应激反应，为临床治疗提供重要保障，具有临床应用价值。 　　[关键词] 手术室护理路径；子宫肌瘤；腹腔镜剔除术；应激反应 　　[中图分类号] R473.7 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）27-0138-03 　　Effect of operating room nursing pathways on stress response in the patients with laparoscopic myomectomy 　　CHENG Jinyi 　　Jingdezhen Third Peoples Hospital in Jiangxi Province， Jingdezhen 333000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the application of operating room nursing pathways in laparoscopic myomectomy and analyze the effect on the stress response of patients. Methods A total of 76 patients who underwent laparoscopic myomectomy in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group of 38 cases， who were given routine nursing intervention， and the observation group of 38 cases， who were given operating room nursing pathways. The nursing effects and the effects on patients stress response were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with T0 before the surgery， indicators such as T， HR， SpO2 and blood glucose at T1 in the control group were significantly improved； the indicators were significantly decreased at T2. Compared with T0， there was no statistically significant difference （P0.05）； there was no significant difference in T， HR， SpO2 and blood glucose at different time points in the observation group （P0.05）， and the fluctuation range was smaller （P0.05）. Conclusion The operating room nursing path for laparoscopic myomectomy can improve the clinical stress response in the patients， and provide an important guarantee for clinical treatment， which is of clinical application value. 　　[Key words] Operating room nursing pathways； Uterine fi
