万方数据 万方数据 An analysis of the problems and countermeasures on school library management —— Take S School for example A Dissertation Submitted to Shihezi University In Partial Fulfillment of the Requirements For the Degree of Master of Education By Zhang Xiaoning (Education Management) Dissertation Supervisor: Prof. Du Wenjun February, 2015 摘要 中小学图书馆作为广大中小学师生身边最便捷的图书信息资料中心，承担利用所搜集的文献资 料对学生进行政治思想教育和文化科学知识教育，指导学生阅读，培养学生利用信息和终身学习的 能力等职责，是促进学生全面发展和教师教育教学研究的学校教育机构。学校图书馆管理是保障中 小学图书馆任务实现的基本途径。本研究主要通过文献法、问卷调查及访谈等方法，以 S 学校为例， 进行深入调查研究，阐述当前中小学学校图书馆管理的现状和存在的问题，在此基础上分析问题产 生的原因，继而提出改善中小学图书馆管理的对策建议，为其他中小学校图书馆管理提供借鉴。 首先，从 S 中学图书馆管理的现状调查分析入手，调查显示，S 学校图书馆管理存在的主要问 题有：图书馆软硬件资源建设相对滞后；图书馆管理制度执行不力；图书馆员服务工作不到位，效 率低；图书馆利用率较低；以及图书馆员专业素质较低，图书馆信息化管理程度低等。 其次，从以上学校图书馆管理问题中，揭示学校图书馆管理现存问题的影响因素：图书馆软硬 件资源建设投入不足，经费使用不够合理；管理者图书馆意识缺乏，对图书馆管理利用不重视；图 书馆馆员管理不受重视；图书馆制度订立不合理，评价机制不健全。 最后，针对 S 学校图书馆管理存在的问题，笔者从重视图书馆软硬件资源建设，满足学生需要； 增强管理者图书馆意识，重视图书馆利用管理；加强图书馆馆员管理；合理制定管理制度，完善图 书馆评价机制等方面提出了改进中小学图书馆管理的对策与建议。 关键词：中小学图书馆管理；现状；问题；原因；对策 I Abstract Libraries of primary and secondary schools are the most convenient book information data centers for the teachers and students, which provide literature about political thought education ,and science and culture education to the students,guide the students to read,and train the students to use of information and the ability of lifelong learning. At the same time, libraries promote all-round development of students and teachers’ education and teaching research in schools. School library management is a basic method to ensure the tasks of primary and secondary schools to carry out. This research takes S school for as a case, using the following methods, such as the literature methods, questionnaire survey methods and interviews methods,which is an in-depth investigation and study illumination that reflects the current situation and existing problems of school library management. On this basis,the study analyses the reasons behind these problems, and puts forward some measures and
